Viksit Delhi CM Internship Program 2025
The Delhi CM Internship Program is a scheme launched by the Government of Delhi which aims to engage young interns pursuing graduation/post graduation from various fields. The aim of this program is to harness the energy and innovative ideas of the youth of India pursuing graduation and post graduation, which will be implemented in policy and decision making, to make Delhi a smart, clean, caring and prosperous metropolis.

Viksit Delhi CM Internship Program Registration
- This internship scheme is of 89 days (approximately 3 months) called “Term”.
- The time period of this scheme will start from July 01, 2025 and end on September 27, 2025. 300 candidates will be selected through preliminary/online screening test.
- These 300 candidates will be allowed to attend the boot camp, in which 150 candidates will be shortlisted based on the performance in essay writing during the boot camp.
- Preliminary screening candidates will have to bring original certificates and their candidature/selection is subject to verification of certificates. The venue and time of the boot camp will be announced on the website soon.
- It is advised to check the website frequently for details. Reservation for SC, ST, OBC, Economically Weaker Section and Physically Handicapped people is applicable as per Delhi and Central Government rules.
Viksit Delhi CM Internship Program Important Date & Timeline
- Website will be fully functional and open on 30.06.2025.
- Registration will start on 30.06.2025 and end on 10.07.2025 at 11:59 P.M. sharp.
- Declaration of prelim/screening results on 21.07.2025.
- Boot Camp will be held on 23.07.2025 wherein candidates will be asked to write an essay on a topic.
- Final result will be declared on 28.07.2025.
- Joining of interns will start on 01.08.2025.
- Interns will be given 3 days time frame to join the office.

- Candidates who are pursuing graduation/post-graduation.
- Candidate must be enrolled in the electoral roll of Delhi or any residential proof of Delhi.
- Candidates must have scored 70% and above marks in Class 12th Examination.
- Candidates must be in the age between 18 and 30 years as on the date of application.
- A copy of student ID card, residence proof, 12th marks certificate and 10th certificate for verification of age is to be uploaded during registration.

Do's and Don'ts on Viksit Delhi CM Internship Portal
- Don't cut/copy and paste.
- Don't use AI. A candidate can apply/register one time only.
- After successful registration, timer will start enabling candidates to answer 4 questions in maximum 300 words (subjective).

- Boot camp shall be held on 23rd July 2025.

- Candidates screened through online exam mode will be given a topic for essay writing.
- 150 interns shall be finalized on the basis of performance in essay writing.
- Candidates are required to bring their original documents for verification.
Selection and joining
- Interns will be eligible for 5 days leaves during entire duration of internship.
- Each interns shall be paid an amount of Rs. 20,000 per month i.e. Rs. 60,000/- for a complete term subject to attendance.
- At the end of internship, interns will submit their report to the HODs of the concerned department.
- Interns who successfully complete the programme will receive a certificate signed by the concerned Head of the Department/ Authorized signatory.
